Refund policy

 

 

A request for a legging exchange or return, must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any leggings to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on leggings, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of leggings at the time at which the return is received for processing.

We are an environmentally cautious company that does not want to over produce products and waste. Each item is custom made to your order. The product is specially made for you once you purchase. Because of this, we offer size exchange only on clothing.

Swimwear, face masks, art, and accessories are all Final Sale.

If there is a defect in an item when you receive it, please email our friendly customer service team within 4 weeks to make arrangements at info@hillaryciccarelli.com with your Order ID number attached.
